Avalanche

A storm is on its way, as the cold wave sweeps across
mother nature having internal conflicts, showing whos boss!

Snow covered peaks talk about their own coolness
whos more snowy and who has seen loch ness

What remains a mystery, is how does it start
from the top of the peak it starts to fall out

At the sound of a higher decibel
the peaks have a wardrobe malfunction
the snow blanket slides down without any sensation

Destroying what comes in their path
burying what stands tall

Feeling cold, white snow
frozen foot, white snow

The Dark side

Shades of Gray, misty air
glowing eyes, will you be spared

The green moss covers the bark
no sign of light, not even a spark

He stood there all alone looking in the darkness
wondered where all the light went, where the slyness

He thought about the wolf in the snow
how he survives, amongst his foes

He can hardly see in the dark
but knows for sure, he can make a mark

He stands there with his crutches ready to fight
he knows that truth has the strangest ways of finding daylight....

Incomplete

One step further, one step back
I dunno where i'm going, or what I lack

Been pondering over something,
random thoughts come across
is it true or i just need some mental floss?

I still see the sun rise out there
and set on the other side,
I still see the clouds fly out there
and rain on the wet side

I always saw the good being subdued
I always saw the bad in a feud
This defined a 'perfect' world for me
where life existed not for anyone but for itself

I still look out the window at times
to find all that missing what i thought was mine
I find it incomplete....
i'm still looking for answers...

I Wonder

Its a dark blue sky, stars are shining
dogs are barking and cats whining

A lonely traveler walks on the dusty road
looking at the cracks on the walls of people's home

He wonders what would it be like
to live a life without any price hike

To live life without fear
knowing your loved ones are safe and near

To live a life with only ups and not downs
having million smiles, not a single frown

He notices a shooting star in the sky
and wonders if the universe will cry

Will it cry as it lost its favourite star
or just move on with life without leaving a scar

Moving on seemed like a good thought
being happy with what he has, he resolved

Stars crash down, new ones are born
Life should not stop, even if you are torn

The traveler moved ahead to his destination
with a smile on his face, still wondering.....

Dust in the Wind

Dark and dusty is the way ahead
the colours I see is only black and white and not even red
Vintage street lamps create a spook
may be its real, or just a fluke

I sit here alone on this bench
there is something written on it, may be its french
I look right, i look left
no sign of anything, not even a theft

Winds are blowing east to west
little twisters, mighty dustballs
walking around like its their home's living hall

The winds change its direction
and things soon settle down
the roads become clear
now one can drive back to town

But..there is still dust in the wind
there is still dust in your eyes

Deception zone

Walking along the alley of peace
being me, facing cool breeze

I stop for the moment
to sit down and relax
and ponder over thoughts....
which boggle my mind to the max

In a distance comes a pretty face
with eyes speak of beauty and body of grace

I give a smile to get one back
never to realize, who she smiled at
was sitting behind my back

He got up and walked away with her
she turned back to give me a look
The eyes spoke something on its own...
telling me i was in the deception zone.
