do you really care.....

I heard a voice on the other side of the phone
not a stranger, but someone I had known

I wanted to ask, "do you really care?"
or just a formality, not changing your gear

Being who you were, years back
if you are still the same, try to shift track

Its not a sermon, its not advice
I'm just trying to find clarity in my own life

Knowing that I have an umbrella called Universe which cares
I always wished that people did........
